Generating JPG files

Hi,

I've tried to export my thread as a JPG file. I always get the same error message: Internal Server Error.

What can I do?

Hi Benajmin,

I was able to export a 1800px width image in Chrome browser, but I got also a bunch of "Internal Server Error" in firefox or with bigger sizes. See attachment. We are having a look at it to see how it can be solved.

Meanwhile the "trick" is to make a screen shot. It is not a big size (under 1000px) but it works for small size graphs.

I will report back with updates on this.
