Hi,
I am trying to run a simple https server on a local port. My server is running at
and I run pagekite as -

pagekite.py 8090 <user_name>.pagekite.me

and of course I am registered with my user name. On the terminal, I get the following messages -

~<> Flying localhost:8090 as https://<user_name>.pagekite.me/
    166.137.177.55 < http://<user_name>.pagekite.me:443 (localhost:8090)
    166.137.208.43 < http://<user_name>.pagekite.me:80 (localhost:8090)
    69.164.211.158 < http://<user_name>.pagekite.me:80 (localhost:8090)
*** BLOCKED: GET /adminupdat.htm
    See https://pagekite.net/support/security/ for more details.
<< pagekite.py [flying]   Kites are flying and all is well.

When  try to access https://<user_name>.pagekite.me, it says
No data Received

When I try to access http://<user_name>.pagekite.me, it says
Response Error.

Technical description:
502 Bad Gateway - Response Error, a bad response was received from another proxy server or the destination origin server.

Can someone suggest, what I could be doing wrong ?

Thanks,
Abhishek.

As per the page linked in the error message ( https://pagekite.net/support/security/), pagekite does some filtering of admin pages unless you tell it not to with the +insecure option.

Hope this helps.
