PageKite for TurnKey Linux appliances

Hi everyone,

TurnKey Linux is an open source project with a library of 100+ ready
to use virtual appliances. I created a patch to integrate PageKite
with TKL, see announcement here:

As an example, I wrote this guide on how easy it is to get things up
and running with virtual appliances,
