Why Page2RSS doesn't support Pubsubhubbub protocol ?

I think it'll be a great idea if Page2RSS support Pubsubhubbub
protocol.
So, we will be alerted of new feeds instantly in Google Reader.

according to this page http://code.google.com/p/pubsubhubbub/wiki/HubbubAtGoogle,
google reader does not support it as subscriber yet, only as a
publisher for shared items. The page seems a little bit outdated I'm
unable to find any updates on Pubsubhubbub support in the reader.
Google reader used to have RSS ping support while ago, and Page2RSS
actually utilized that.
