Hello Konstantin, everyone,
Why not opensource page2rss? That way, someone else could volunteer to pick up the bat and keep it running for everyone, or at least the ones among us with the needed technical expertise could bring up our own instances and continue to run it privately (I already run my own private TTRSS instance since the demise of Google Reader).
