HOW TO GET SPECIFIC SECTIONS OF SITES WITH RSS FEEDS PLEASE, THANK YOU?

Hi

How can I get specific sections of sites where page2rss or delta feed or
five filters is needed where the sites to not have their own feeds? I tried
with one paper and only got all the headlines instead of the sports ones
though I only made a feed for the sports section and in the other case I
made feeds for different sections of one weekly but they came as duplicates
instead of the specific sections I wanted. Let's say I wanted to get only
the sports pages from say http://www.mynewsdaily.com/ and I created a feed
from the sports section which was http://www.mynewsdaily.com/sports/ for
example, is there any way to ensure that I wouldonly get the sports instead
of everything else on the site from other sections, which happened as I
described earlier?
