Feature Request: Refresh time configurable

I like Page2RSS a lot, because I monitor some sites which do not provide RSS feeds on their own.
But it would be great if a configuration setting would be implemented which allows me to control, how often Page2RSS looks at a webpage.
There are some webpages which often change details, but do not offer really new information. So I get a lot of updates without use for me.
So It would be great to be able to configure to refresh these pages only once a day or once a week.
