BEST WAY TO GET NEWSPAPER'S FEED

Hi

I am wondering how to get feeds from the following newspaper which has an
RSS feed but the feed seems to require an admin password, should I try ask
the paper to change and allow the public to use the RSS or which of the
following ways is best to get feeds, is it http://www.yated.com/ or
http://www.yated.com/weekly-news-articles.7-0-7.html or should it be
https://www.yated.com/admin/content/rss/
