Hello,
I put the RSS page2 button to my start page on my blog. To see all the updates on my blog, I must put the same button (code) to all pages from my blog? or only to the start page?
Or every underpage need separate button code? Example: start page is www.vivalasvegans.de and the underpage www.vivalasvegans.de/hauptgerichte.htm

You can place the same bottom code on all pages. In this case you readers will subscribe to the same feed. In your case that will be the feed for the home page updates. Nothing stops you from creating as many feeds as you wish.
