What happend to image rules? Big losses in pagespeed insight scores

We optimized our CMS to get pagespeed 100/100 for desktop and mobile. Today I saw big losses in pagespeed points. It seems like high quality jpgs are not accepted anymore. Only 60% jpg files are getting full points.
