There is no easy way to view/use Google Pagespeed Online
(pagespeed.google.com) in English if you're not in an English speaking
country (e.g. Paris). There is no obvious link (or link at all) to
change the language. Directly translating the site through Google
translate doesn't work either. Detect language sees it as English and
even if you put it through French - English the website won't function.

The language page speed is displayed in depends on the browser settings. To
change it, follow these instructions:

Chrome: http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?answer=95416
Firefox:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Options%20window%20-%20Content%20panel?s=language+website&as=s#w_languages
IE:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Change-your-Internet-Explorer-language-settings

Make sure that you add English as the top language.

If you can't change the language in the browser, the explicit link is
