What steps will reproduce the problem? If possible, include the full Url
of any web page you see a problem on.
1. Start PageSpeed in a regular way by clicking the "Analyze" button.
2. Seems to work until the progress bar hits about two thirds.
3. Just stops doing anything, the progress bar no longer moves and the
progress message is: "Running PageSpeed Insights". I just stop it after
several minutes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

How much memory do you have?

Yes, it's still here. Stops at "Running PageSpeed Insights".
A lot of people commented that it doesn't work in windows 8 or windows 8.1.

You'll notice that the process named 'Native Client ...' is still running
and all the tabs or pages of this extension are not responding.

Thanks for the update. I am still unable to reproduce on Windows 8, but
reproduced on Window 8.1 with Chrome 30. It was an problem of Chrome 30,
and fixed with Chrome 31 (beta) on windows 8.1.

Thanks for pointing out the reviews in the webstore. We did monitored the
issues reported in the review page, because this is no good way of
communicating the issues. We will sure pay more attention to the reviews.

It's not windows specific I'm running linux and get this same issue.

I have this on Chrome on Windows 8.1. I really want to find a solution
because I can't use the Pagespeed Insights online to test sites on my local
dev server.
