Hello Page Band Parents,

We're excited about the Jazz Cafe (JAZZ FOR YOUR SOUL) coming up on April 11, 2026. I want to tell you a little more about it and ask for your help. This is an annual fundraiser for the band program.

It's a fun event , giving the band the chance to perform a real gig and Page Alumni frequently come back to join in.

We will be sending out sign up geniuses shorly where you can help us by signing up for various items.

here how you can help

1) donate a food item/dish (we have recipes we can provide you if you do not have a signature of your own)

2) donate money and well make a food item for you

3) donate a silent auction item (services, artwork, pottery, appliances, electronics, gift certificates (cards), vacation rentals, pet items) were open to ideas

4) Buy tickets

As a reminder, Guilford County Schools allot just $1500 each year for band programs; everything else (sheet music, instrument repairs or replacement, software, etc. comes from funds raised by you and the Page Band Boosters. Your help and support for our students helps keep the arts alive and music flowing at Page High School.

With the event coming up so quickly , we are in need of a small but mighty troop of volunteers to make our event successful and memorable. please consider volunteering some of your time- we have opportunities for those with just a little or a whole lot of time to give! and with the event just 1 month away, it's a pretty short-term commitment! We need your help to make them happen.

1st we need to set up a committee by wednesday march 11, 2026 to get things started

2nd spread the word about Jazz cafe 

3rd i have attached silent auction forms if you know  someone or company like to donate

4th we will ask each band class to bring in items for a class basket, and the class will decide the theme for their basket.
