Hello,
I'm interested in using pagan, but it is crashing (error copied below below).
test.fas is an unaligned fasta file of sequences, and test.tre is a tree with all the same tip labels as are present in the fasta.
Any advice?

Can you please send me a copy of the data causing the crash. Which
operating system you are using?
