experiences provided by the American Meteorological Society Education
Program.
Project ATMOSPHERE: Join fellow science teachers
from across the country in Kansas City, Mo., at the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration's National Weather Service Training center
on
17–29 July 2016
and learn from experts in meteorology and the atmospheric sciences
while gaining valuable field experience. Travel, lodging, meal, $600

The Maury Project: Explore the physical
foundations of oceanography at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md.,
10–22 July 2016,
and gain hands-on experience in oceanographic research through a
