The gas industry group Marcellus Shale Coalition has hired lawyers to launch a baseless and illegal attack on the Shale Gas Outrage website, http://shalegasoutrage.org/, which speaks the horrible truth about fracking, trying to get our web-hosting company to shut down the website! They claim the logo infringes on their industry logo, though ours is a parody protected by the First Amendment and fair use.
