Using OneNote to manage PCB Jobs

Hi,

I happened to finally read up on Microsoft OneNote, a software equivalent to
a 3 Ring Binder.

I was wondering if anyone had played with using this to manage collections
of files in a PCB design. Schematic, PCB, BOM, programming files?

Anyone tried?
