My employer has chosen, due to tight budgets, not to renew the support contract for the Pads products that I use. The latest contract expired at the end of October and I want to get the last updates that we are entitled to. I tried to download them from Mentor but, because of network trouble (likely internal), was not able to get a successful download to happen. On the 17th of November, I opened a service request through customer support requesting that media be sent, but have not had any communication from Mentor since the auto response email. Does anyone know what I should do to obtain the desired media? I will also need the “5-year auth codes” but have not received anything on that front either.
