Dear All

Every one is talking about to revive the group in its active format. I could not spend enough time to the group as I was busy with IMA.
I promise to activate the group activities.

First mail is only an information mail. More will follow.

Kindly add those awardees who are not in the list

Dear Colleague

This is regarding an agreement between a patient and a doctor or a center

My legal adviser has three suggestions

1. Patient doctor relationship is a contract
2. Contract can have following components

a. Legal informed signed consent
b. Arbitration clause in case of dispute
c. No liability clause for agreed complications
d. Pre-defined capping for any liability

They are making a draft contract for discussions.

If debated and agreed this can become a document of the forum
