Hey PACURH!
It is that time again to fill out the service pin application. If you did not receive a 4th year pin, and applied at PACURH ONLY, please fill out this form again. No Frills people, I have all your names down!
Please complete this form by noon on Friday, May 15th. I will not honor late submissions, as I will be leaving for the conference on Monday May 18th, and need everything completed before hand.
We will have all three service pins at NACURH!
