ATT :DMV-Business Empowerment Division(BED): Pastor Vernon and Ms Linda Futuse Salimani
Complains / Grievances
As Military Veterans Concerned Members(MVCM) we want to know, why at DMV-HQ, only division of Business Empowerment under Mr Vernon and Ms Linda Futuse Salimani, often referring Us(MVCM) to SANMVA or DMV-Provincial Coordinators and wanting to know about our strengths, why other division not doing the same, they just help Us(MVCM) in our needs not referring Us to other person/s or institutions. Why Division of Business Empowerment(Mr Vernon and Ms Linda) often refer Us, instant of helping to our needs. moreover Linda lying by saying they(Business Empowerment Division) are often visiting and helping Military Veterans to established they business, due to correspondences we received from various Military Veterans, whereby they want to know who had been helped by their(BED),so that they we can started from there, according to our correspondence with various Mil Vets, it's seems the no single Military Veterans that, been helped by them(BED-Mr Vernon and Linda), if they did so we as(MVCM) we also want a documentary proof, indicating that, they are helping our members as they often keep on saying. BED(Linda and Vernon) it's seems for now is the only division, that gives Us hardly time, towards they attitudes of not want to help Us due to elementary issues, they raise to Us, when we need help instant of assisting to business needs, Linda bear mind that, communicating and having meetings with all stakeholders and entities such as SEDA, IDC, Thedti/DTI,SEFA, Department of Small Business, Council for Geoscience and etc, it's our initiatives not been assistant by you/division as you claim, we have done by ourselves, please don't hijack our plan.
We as (MVCM) if Business Empowerment(Linda and Vernon) it won't takes Us anywhere due, to they attitudes towards veterans, seemingly they are not able to help Us. We are saying they must listen, assess, monitor and evaluate our initiatives plan, before they concluded our initiative's plans. DMV(BED- Mr Vernon and Ms Linda) we are requesting and appealing they(BED) must do workshops and roadshows or meetings letting Military Veterans, knowing their programmes as it's seems their invisible to Us(MVCM) takes for instants Seven Months no communication meetings, office assets stationaries and etc, to DMV-Provincial Co-ordinators expecting them, they must do proper duties helping Us(MVCM). Visit our Provinces or calling meeting with our 9-Provincial Reps/Delegates so that, maybe you will understand our initiative programme and we came to conclusion towards our plans of business opportunities.

Dear All
Meeting Feedback we held at DMV-HQ(Military Veterans Concerned Members / MVCM and Department of Military Veterans / DMV)on the 28-04-2016 Results :
As per our meeting discussion we held at DMV pertaining business opportunities and etc, whereby Linda Futuse Salimani stakeholder/s for Business Opportunities for Military Veterans, she is saying she often visiting all 9-Provinces for assisting Military Veterans for any problems they/we are encountering for business opportunities, meaning that any Military Veteran/s, who have problems concerning business opportunities must contact her for assistance. for instance those who having a problems od filling and completing the form/s of (TO ALL SUPPLIERS SEEKING REGISTRATION ON THE DATABASE OF DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY VETERANS / DMV). She emphasizing that, she is willing and able to assist Us(Mil Vets) whatever need we required for business opportunities, whereby we/you want to registered our Cooperative Business and also those, who have already registered their Business as Close Corporative(CC), Cooperatives, Companies, PTY, whereby she will help them to be in the database of DMV, but also saying that, she doesn't having completed database forms been filled by Mil Vets to be in the DMV Database, meaning that Military Veterans are not filling and completing the forms and sending those forms via SANMVA or DMV Provincial Coordinators.
Due to Us(Mil Vets) by saying that, all our forms must via SANMVA we are totally disagree about that, just because she knows that, SANMVA is dysfunctional to all method of service deliveries for Mil Vets, she must not any more repeating that, all our forms must via SANMVA. DMV Provincial Coordinators it's a shame to them, just because whatever badly happening to their Provinces it's loaded to them and became their responsibilities, though they have no offices, facilities and etc, to performing their duties moreover now, it's more than Seven Months not having Meeting Communications with DMV-HQ(Senior Managements) at all, whereby they must send our documentary forms to DMV-HQ and dwelling our concerned Complains/Grievances to Them(DMV-HQ) as well. DMV Senior Managements Staff including Linda Futuse Salima on the 26-04-2016 visited Northern Cape (DMV- Provincial Coordinators Offices at Kimberley-Diskobolos) putting blames to them(P/C) instant of calling and having meetings with Mil Vets viewing our views so that, they can hear from Us, not to (P/C) just because it's Us, who feel the pain of our struggle on the ground due to in-service deliveries. Communication between DMV-HQ Senior Managements and DMV-Provincial Coordinators and also DMV-HQ not visiting meetings our Provinces makes Us(Mil Vets) feel the pains and propelling Us doing National Marshes, provided that, last Gauteng Regional marsh on-06-04-2016, now will be follow by huge Marsh that, will makes South African Economy Standstill until our demand being listen and be recognised by our Leader who, want to empowered themselves and their families, forgotten that, during Colonial Era we where Comrades In Arms sharing our Socio, Economy and Political and also sleeping same Trenches, now it's eating time they forget Us, Time will Tell You One Day all these/those Marshes it's wake-up call, meaning one-day something will erupt as a Volcano/Tsunami that, will make our Economy Standstill.
What we are saying, as Mil Vets to Linda Futuse Salima whatever saying to the meeting, DMV-she must visiting and address all Provinces pertaining all these elementary issues, whereby she is saying that, she is prepared and willing to helping All Military Veterans Concerning All Method of Business they want to Initiate and Implemented either Mining, Agrarian, Aqua-Fisheries, Stock-Farming and etc. meaning any sustainable business Mil Vets want to established, she will help Us, meaning that all our issues concerning business opportunities, we must focus to her for help. Linda-regarding our strengths as Military Veterans Concerned Members(MVCM)our strengths is Nationally Broad, that's why DMV/you seeing Marshes after Marshes, not been supported by SANMVA Structure/s, meaning that DMV/You Must stop referring to SANMVA or Saying Our Business Documentary Letters Must via SANMVA before Reaching DMV-HQ to be supported. Our wants as (Mil Vets) is to be supported by DMV to all methods of Business Opportunities, so that we can be our own running our Business as Military Veterans sharing certain profits percent with DMV, so that other Mil Vets and Beneficiaries can be benefits and engaged themselves on business in near future being an example, of what meaning for, that's why we are calling and meeting inviting all relevant Stakeholders, Public, SOE's, Private and Individuals such as Council for Geoscience, SANRAL, DMR, SEDA, IDC. Thedti/DT, SEFA and etc, to be on board helping Us to create our own business ideas and etc. Now for instant we showed you Nationally Maps, that we received from Council for Geoscience(CoG-Dr Stewart Foya) whereby it will be easier to Us to exploring and identifying all areas that, having Mineral Resources to do General Mining in All Provinces, also CoG will also helps Us sending Mineralogists/Geologists checking volume and quality of Mineral Products we want to Manufacture/Produce and being Suppliers of Our Products Globally. Now, if Linda if you are with the elements of all Provincial Mayors your are working with them, helping Veterans, for instant on the issue of EC-Makana Municipality pertaining Soft White Clay Soil(Kaolin) there is no clear indication of DMV(Linda) being involved helping Military Veterans, doing procedural process of helping Military Veterans combined with Grahams town/Rhini(Joza Lacation) Community as Land-Owners, Mayor, Municipality Manger , land Acquisition Division, Linda there is no signal of being our helper to established Mining to those areas, it's Us Military Veterans who are using our resources travelling and visiting Land-Owners around Eastern Cape areas such Mount Coke, Komani, Chulumna, Rhini, ALwall North and certain areas approaching, engaging, negotiating, having meetings with Land-Owners and etc, you have never even single day helping Us to that, all, moreover Linda Futuse Salimani knowing SEDA, Thedti/DTI, DMR,SEFA, IDC and other Stakeholders it's not because of you to be known by the, we have never asking any assistance from you regarding helping or knowing all those entities we have done by our own to been getting any helps from DMV-under you division/s, please don't lie to Us, or shows Us any Military Person/s, Beneficiaries or Military Cooperative being helped by You/DMV for process formulating of Coops until became standstill up-to Operational Level as you Boosting Yourself that, you have helping so many Mil Vets pertaining procedural establishing of their Business, shows Us any example of Mil Vets being helped by You now, so that we can start from those grounds. We are seeking and tired of those people like you seemingly that, they know their jobs and doing their jobs when need to account in front of their Senior Managements, Linda if you what we are doing as Mil Vets, why don't visit our Provinces helping Us, as All Municipality Mayors knowing that, your working and helping Military Veterans, we suffer as Military Veterans it's because of person/s like you knowing everything on Earth needing or wanting no person/s coming with initiatives ideas, often taking everything to your direction due to be stubbornness, Linda if your are working with people by people you taking procedural process of doing Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluate their efforts before, knowing everything what they are doing. don't think you know everything Military Veterans are doing or intending to do to lift ourselves, we have been in exile manufacturing/producing and sometimes supplying our products, now why your becoming stabling block, when we initiated our ideas to established our business implementations, because your working at DMV and not caring whatever they want to do, they/we must follow your procedural plan. Linda from now on you must never again refer Us to SANMVA being knowing SANMVA is dysfunctional concerning Mil Service deliveries and etc. Your are working with people/Mil Vets and you must be able to take their advices and assessing their ideas not, just like a person knowing every thing taking no advices from somebody, for instant we are working with various institutions whereby we are sharing ideas of pushing our ideas forward. Don't be too much sensitive stubborn when the ideas not coming by you.
Comrades and Africans at least now there is, slowly foot work occurring at DMV pertaining our grievances/complains, I will say due to Marshes that's takes place, for instants all process DMV-divisions trying to fastening our complains but, not yet over is not Yet Uhuru To Us as Freedom Fighters as Long As We are Not Economically Free in Our Land we have been fighting for either coming from MK.APLA.AZANLA,TBVC,SADF and Khoisan, Let's Liberate Ourselves mentally and Economically so that, we can be able to assess to our Socio-Economy.
Linda Futuse Salimani any comments or criticism regarding this come to Us with written documentary letters, so that we can respond soon.
FOWRD EVER BACK WARD NEVER I OUR LIFE TIME
Most Respectfully Yours

Since we get no respond at all from SANMVA , concerning person/s or institutions which benefiting from SANMVA, can we call National Indaba using budget of SANMVA, which sourcing from DMV, so that both SANMVA and DMV can account about our human and our benefits and, it's whereby will have way forward pertaining our matters. We as Military Veterans Concerned Members we are suggesting DOD,DMV, SANMVA and all relevant stakeholders must also be called for National Indaba Conference, including Ministers, Deputy Ministers and Reps from various stakeholders. Concerned Members are welcoming any additional inputs, that address issues of Military Veterans.

Hi African Comrades
Complains/Grievances(Military Veterans Concerned Members)
(i)SANMVA / DMV-Human Resources and Military Benefits :
1.Educational Support, Skill Developments, Housing, Business Opportunities, Jobs Opportunities, Medical Care Service and etc
MISHIEVIOUS CONDUCT EITHER BY SANMVA/DMVA PERTAINING OUR HUMAN RESOURCES
We have on several occasions written letters of complains to SANMVA/DMC about conduct of our Human Resources and Benefits. To date however not a single tangible response has been received, except pointless direction we received from SANMVA/DMV, about HR and etc. We as Concerned we need/want DMV to visit our Provinces and briefly Us, about our situation as Military Veterans, instant of Us, often going to DMV-HQ concerning our matters, that had been ignored by DMV/SANMVA. We are using our resources to go to DMV and comeback with nothing accept, empty promises from DMV. How many times we complained followed by Marshes after Marshes our voices not been heard by DMV at all. We want DMV to address Us, about all our matters such as HR and Benefits, visiting all Nine-Provinces, so that we can be able to understand and know our situation to DMV as Military Veterans, just because we are sick and tired of empty promises by SANMVA/DMV, as most of Us, benefiting nothing from DMV/SANMVA, that's why we are saying SANMVA must fall, due to wasteful and fruitless expenditure of SANMVA travelling, hospitality and etc, and hive Us no report/feedback from their meetings called NOB, meaning that budget can be used somewhere for Military Veterans.
Anyone who have obligations, objections, queries about falling of SANMVA, must come forward explaining why SANMVA can't fall, if same sort of benefiting from SANMVA, he/she must come forward and explaining the way of benefiting from SANMVA, so that, we can also taking an advice from him/her so that, we can also benefits, as most of Us crying and complaining about the way SANMVA conducting our resources. DMV/SANMVA must have mandatory executive authorized structure, that controlling our resources, instant factionalising and friction elements between both SANMVA and DMVA. Comrades either you belong to MK, APLA, AZANLA, TBVC,SANDF and etc, we are feeling the same pain of wanting our voices to be heard by Our Leaders, instant of enriching themselves and their Families, forgotten about Us at all. We are requesting all stakeholders who are willing and able to help Us, by any method of assistance be part and parcel of our business, whereby they can assist us to run our cooperatives business and etc, due to their assistances.
You are welcomed to brief or confessed about any information or confirmation you want to discussed with Us, but it must be documentary letter/s only
We want National Indaba to voice out our grievances to DMV.

Dear All
1.Programme of Action/First Priority
(I)Let's firstly prioritize those, Military Veterans who send/submitted their business profile to SANMVA before me or Us(Military Veterans Concerned Members)and hear progress report from SANMVA.
Comrade Fihla there are so many Military Veterans, who send/submitted their cooperatives/business profile to SANMVA, but till today nothing happened at all, meaning that I am not the only one, there are lots of Military Veterans, that send their business complains to SANMVA but, till today no correspondences they get from SANMVA, meaning that, lets start with those Military Veterans that, they have already send/submitted their business profile before me, and check their development progress of their matter from SANMVA, and we will hear from Them(Us). Comrades/SANMVA lets start firstly with all Military Veterans that, have already submitted their business profile to SANMVA, for financial support and then our we came late after them, their matter had been sort-out by SANMVA.
2.(DMV and Military Veterans Concerned Members)According to verbal suggestion adopted from previous meeting on-04/06-04-2016
(ii) Our(Military Veterans Concerned Members) adopted verbal suggestion with DMV(Senior Members), we came to conclusion that, any person/s or institution/s who is/that are willing and able to work with DMV can came forward, and sending/submitting their business ideas, their business presentations, profile and etc, to DMV as long as Military Veterans and their Beneficiaries/Families will benefits to their business, so that DMV can be it's own and getting sharing profit from their business. Comrades all of Us(Concerned Members) we warmly welcome the ideas of our, all stakeholders must be on board for DMV benefits and it's members, whereby they can be employed, skills, business opportunities and etc. Comrades let's takes this initiatives of including all stakeholders for Us/Military Veterans beneficiating to all forms of business and etc. Comrades bear in minds some Military Veterans have no force numbers, some their fathers/mothers had passed away but their are running huge business, whereby they can support DMV all forms, meaning that let's Us (DMV and Members) consider all forms of boosting our entity as sole priority to boost Us.
READ AND PASS TO OTHERS FOR PROGRESS EXPANSION OF DMV AND IT'S MEMBERS
Any confirmation or enquiries please don't hesitate to call Us(Concerned Members)
All our correspondence's we need in documentary forms whatever person/s or institutions comes from like comrades Fihla and Vernon.

Dear comrade Dlodlo. Here are the burning issues I wish to forward.
1)Dmv does not keep its promise when it comes to the veterans like, when you apply for a bursary on the day of payment they do not keep their commitment and on those grounds some comrades have been dropped from courses and have been blacklisted all because of dmv 2)Dmv would give you a contact list with the names of all contact persons and when you try to contact them with those contact numbers it is either they do not answer your call or they have changed numbers. To sort your issues out you are compelled to travel to Pretoria for something that could solved telephonically.
3)Application for skills development must be reduced to at least one(1)week not (3)months (4)A commitment letter of payment must be issued to any applicant of which a copy of it must go to the respective institution (5)The issue of consulting with private doctor in places where there are no military health centers must be re-considered. All family members of veterans must also be placed on the military health database. It is contradicting because whiles all members are still in the service of the S.A.N.D.F they together with their enjoy all military health benefits, but once they are out of that service then they are been put into this situation
