New release of pacparser - 1.2.1

This release has been up for some time now. This is a major release including:

- lot of build related changes which simplify the building and
distributing pacparser to a great extent.
- feature addition to support Microsoft IPv6 Pac extensions.

Please see the changelog[1] for more detailed list of changes. New
release (source code, and binaries for Windows, Mac and Ubuntu 64-bit)
can be downloaded from the projects's home page[2].
