New release of pactester: 1.0.8

This releases fixes a bug where if URL includes port numbers in the
hostname part (e.g. http://my.host.com:1241/finance/etc.html),
pactester does a bad job at guessing the hostname. In older versions,
this bug can be avoided by specifying hostname on command line ('-h'
option).
