Dear Room Parents, 

we are passing along an urgent message for your attention, and please help and share this with your class parents immediately.  The message is targeted to families in our community, but it is not necessarily a reflection of PACS opinion.  For more information, please visit Club USA SOS website later, the website is currently under the construction.

Attached please find a petition letter addressed to PAUSD board of education from a parent/resident in Palo Alto about Teen Suicide issue.  

The following is a list of steps for you to follow, provided by Club USA SOS.

If you have decided to participate, please do the following:

1.  Type your and your spouse's name as it appears on the passport at the bottom of the attached letter.

2.  Type your and your spouse's address below the name.

3.  Sign the letter.

4.  Scan the signed letter and email it to club.u...@gmail.com before 11 PM Wednesday night. 

When you send the email to club.u...@gmail.com, each participant please also do the following in the email (not in the letter):

A.  Specify in the email your legal status in the U.S. (i.e., citizen, permanent resident, or visa type, e.g., H1-B, F-1, etc.).

B.  Specify in the email whether you are eligible to vote.  If so, whether you are registered.

C.  Specify in the email your email address and mobile phone number.
