Release announcement: pacparser 1.2.9

Hi folks,

Here is the new release of pacparser - 1.2.9[1]. With this release,
pacparser can work with proxy auto-config (PAC) scripts directly in
string form instead of requiring them to be in a file. For this, I
have added 2 new methods to pacparser API:
pacparser_parse_pac_string[2] and pacparser_parse_pac_file[3].

With the help of the above API changes, pactester[4] also gets a new
feature which allows it to read pac files from stdin. This will allow
pactester to take pac files as piped input from other programs like
curl.

The changes in this release were prompted by "Issue 9"[5], reported by
Ludek Finstrle (Thanks Ludek!).

The package source code as well as binaries for Windows and Mac OS can
be downloaded from the project's homepage[6].
