Dear Fantastic Club President,
The District 7 Fall Conference is just around the corner. Its being held at the Oregon Convention Center. We want to get the word out about the conference in a few ways. While email is quick and easy, it isn't the most personal approach.
We're going to try a calling campaign. My guess is there will be a few people in your club who would be willing to call 10 fellow Toastmasters from within District 7. David Jamieson from Lake Oswego Toastmasters will coordinate the names and phone numbers with everyone interested. He will also provide a calling script. 10 calls is no big deal. 20 to 25 minutes tops. People are very receptive when they get a call from another Toastmaster and you might make a few new friends!
