Sorry I was not at the meeting today. I had an interview for the Communication Director Position during that time over at PSU. I realized just now that we scheduled the officer meeting for afterwards and I am really sad that I missed it. I hope it didn't negatively impact the session. Is there any way I can get a recap of what was covered or if there was anything I am in charge of organizing?

I'm going to email GAB about scheduling another speech so that I can complete my CC manual. 

Hope we get a chance to touch base. Miss you.

Too funny! The only thing we talked about was getting you and Johanna on the schedule to complete the CC manuals, officer elections, and the room situation (I will send a seperate update about that later tonight when I am home).

Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from April 30th on through to June 5th at the Back Door Theatre located at 4319 SE Hawthorne Blvd.  Doors open at 7:30, show starts at 8:00. Ticket prices are 12 dollars for general admission and 10 dollars for students/seniors. For reservations call 503-970-8874.


The unemployment rate for Republic County is at an all-time high, and the poets are to blame.  The only solution is to kill them!

This dark comedy-set in a government employment office-features Walt Whitman, Emily Dickinson, Edgar Allen Poe, and Henry Thoreau in their quest to obtain free government cheese. 

 
Republic County is the third play to be produced in Third Eye Theatre’s new play development program.  The goal of the new play development section of Third Eye Theatre’s programming is to select and fully produce at least one play per season that has not yet been published.  The first new play produced by Third Eye Theatre was Louie’s at 1^st & Main by Michael A. Rose in the 2008-09 season, and the second was Next of Skin by Jake Gott produced earlier this season.
