Dues Renewal!!

Hi Pacmasters,

Just a reminder that dues are due!  Checks should be made payable to Pacmasters Toastmasters for $33, which will cover October 2010 through March 2011.  If you are planning on competing at the next level of contests (Area), then you must be a member in good standing of a club in good standing, which requires that you have paid your dues...hint, hint!

If you won't be at tomorrow's meeting, please let me know if you'll be bringing a check within the next week or two or would like to mail it to me, and I'll make sure it gets taken care of.  Thanks!

It breaks my heart, but I guess this is the time I need to officially resign from Pacmasters.  It simply doesn’t work for me to do the off-campus meetings.  My kudos to you all for keeping the group together during this tumultuous last several months.  Thanks for everything,  Tory Mitchell

Hey Tory!  I had a feling this is what you were going to do.  Truth is, I am considering the same thing.  I took the entire month os September off (went on vacation and have had out of town company, etc).  As much as I love Toastmasters, It has  been 28 years and I am really burned out.  The loss of our good location really gave me food for thought.  Don't know what I will do yet.  Dues are due.  I may pay to keep their membership numbers up and then ask not to be put on any schedule...then I would just show up "whenever" and fill in if needed, at my leisure.  I am still thinking this over and will decide soon.  Are you still going for pedicures?  Let me know if you want to go together in the future.

Hi everyone,

 

It’s been a while since my last attendance at our meetings. I am also sad to say that I am leaving Pacmasters for now though I am not completely closing the door for this great learning opportunity. I might rejoin in the future. I indeed had a great time with the group and learned a lot about public speaking. Thanks for every thing and more power to every one of you.
