Does QEMU Builder support Xen-PV

Hello, I was digging through the documentation & source code working through getting packer up and running.  I think I've isolated the problem to be it's attempting to run xen-kvm on a machine which supports xen-pv.  I'm leaning torward the answer being no, but does Packer support xen-pv?  If so can someone point me in the right direction in configuring it for that?

Could you detail what happens an you think is wrong. What is the command packer runs to start the vm and what did you expect?
