Hello There,

We want to update Oracle's SDK to v25.0.0 because it supports flex instance types which we would like to add support for in Packer. Are there any specific procedures for upgrading the sdk apart from mod/vendor and successful test runs?

Nope, just make a PR with the updated mod files and vendor directory.
