Re: Help for packer error while building VM in proxmox environment

Hi,

we are using proxmox of version 4.1 and I'm facing the below error .

--> proxmox: Error creating VM: Error creating VM: 400 Parameter verification failed., error status: {"errors":{"scsi0":"invalid format - unable to parse drive options\n","net0":"invalid format - unable to parse network options\n"},"data":null}

Can anyone help me how to resolve it.

hi

seems different character set

make sure you save template as text file

try to use dos2unix on the template file

Thanks for the response.

I did the same what you have suggested like converting the template to unix format via dos2unix but still facing the same problem. Please help me in resolving this issue and let me know if you need any thing from me to resolve this issue.
