Packer doesn't work with Rackspace when 2 factor authentication is enabled

Hi,

I can't seem to work around with building packer image on Rackspace when 2FA is enabled. Is there any way to pass the API key value in the template config file.

It would be great if anyone can help me in providing the key name for APIkey.

Don't think API keys works at all, see https://github.com/gophercloud/gophercloud/issues/204

Can't you generate a token and use that?
