how to change user for a windows build

I want to know if there is a change to change the default vagrant user
to be a different one in the build process.

Hi,

The build there I am making consist in a windows 10 to be run in
virtualbox. Can I should you the build there I made?. I want to know
if there is a way to change the default user to be svc-devops. Also I
want to know if there is a way to create a connection between my mac
and the vm.
