I'd like to set the Network Connection to Bridged and I assume that can be done using vmx_data but I am having trouble finding where the key/values for vmx_data. I find tidbits in various posted json files but I cannot find a reference document.

Thank you.

Specifically I'd like to know how to set an interface to bridged mode but it would be nice to know all of the options available for vmx_data.

Hi Steven,

These settings are set directly in a vmx file. I found this before any official documentation: http://sanbarrow.com/vmx/vmx-network.html

Hopefully it's useful. It looks like it does a pretty good job of documenting all the config.

Best,

hello

practice helps, just add what you require to an existing vm manually and extract the vmx lines you require, diff before/after is the fastes way i have found

unfortunately is not something like an official manual easy to find/follow
