InSpec breaking Packer build

Hi, 

Trying to add Inspec tests to my packer build, if i take out the inspec provisioner this runs (Attached packer json). Any ideas whats going on?

You need to tell inspec to use WinRM as the backend/transport in your template or the CLI arguments.
