Outstanding Merge Request: Case sensitive VMX keys, SSD disk emulation

There are two outstanding Merge Requests (PR #2693 & PR #2707) that both resolve an issue that was introduced in PR #2309.

• Re-introduce case sensitive vmx key functionality #2707 (Sept 2, 2015)
  

They both achieve the same goal but PR #2707 uses lists to allow for any future entries that are found to require case sensitivity or require no quotes, but both get SSDs working in VMware. Neither removes the entry lower-casing which caused #2309 to fail and be reverted, so that failure won't be repeated.

The PR's have been waiting to be merged for months and there is no response via GitHub issues as to whats keeping either from being merged.

Only one of them need to be merged, so please merge one of them.
