How to set Packer's output VHD file name before it's generated?

Hi,

When Packer finishes running it generates a VHD with the format: "PkrVM<random string>_<datetime>". Is it possible to set what name we would like the output VHD to be instead of having Packer choose?

Not currently, but if you open a feature request the azure maintainers might take a look.
