Packer v1.3.5 is live

Hi Packer community,

We've released v1.3.5 today. It's a pretty packed release considering it comes only 4 weeks after 1.3.4.  A sneak peek at some of the goodies inside:

A new `vagrant` builder.

A new `hyperone` builder.

A new `digitalocean-import` post-processor

A new `inspec` provisioner

We've also got some bug fixes, including a fix for a regression that cropped up in v1.3.4 with HyperV switch names containing spaces.
