Packer v1.3.3 released

Happy December, Packer Community!

Your gift for the fourth night of Hanukkah is a new version of Packer. This version has all kinds of new goodies, but some of my favorite additions are:

- We've extended the vmware-vmx builder to allow esxi builds, which means that you can now chain iso and vmx builds entirely remotely.

- We've added a new "breakpoint" provisioner which will allow you to pause only between specific provisioners while debugging.

- You can now authenticate to your Azure builder using managed identities (MSI)

We've also fixed a handful of bugs and regressions, including some final issues with Packer deadlocking while printing to its progress bar, fixing the inventory_directory option in the ansible provisioner, and fixing a Packer hang where you'd get stuck waiting for Packer to validate if your environment didn't have AWS credentials.
