roles_path or ansible.cfg path in ansible provisioner

Hi,

Is it possible to provide a `roles_path` variable in ansible provisioner (like the one available in ansible_local provisioner) or feed in a specific ansible.cfg file that defines that ?

"ansible_env_vars": [ "ANSIBLE_ROLES_PATH=/some_custom_path/:$ANSIBLE_ROLES_PATH" ]
