unable to provide complex ssh_password

Hi Team, 

I noticed something strange.. somehow packer doesn't run if I give a complex ssh_password for my ubuntu vm, my build just gets stuck waiting for ssh and when I give a simple password "lowercase@numbers" , then it works fine... 

I think there is some limitations for the ssh_password.

Has somebody faced the similar issue ?
