I have a script building out an image and converting it to a template. I need to be able to change the SCSI controllers type to VMware Paravirtual but I'm not seeing a way to do this in the docs. Is this possible?

Thanks,
Steven

It's probably something in vmx_data. Create a vm manually, copy the VMX file, set paravirt and examine the diff between the two versions to get some hints on what to change.
