Docker and OpenStack builders

Hi all,

I'm curious, would it be possible to have in the same JSON template two different builders: one for OpenStack and one for Docker? I think so, but can we have different provisioners for each one? I would like OpenStack for a specific operative system and Docker for another one.

Then, how packer make the distinction between which provisioner is for which builder? Is there any particular keyword?
