Hello Packer Community!

The Packer team is excited to announce the release of Packer v1.7.10, this release fixes an issue which would cause a panic if Packer was built with Golang 1.17.6 on M1 Macs. For a complete list of changes please see the Packer CHANGELOG.

Notable Bug Fixes: 

• Update psutils dependancy to avoid crash on Arm64 Macs.
