Packer v1.7.8 released

Hello Packer Community,

Version 1.7.8 of Packer has been released to address a regression in the Amazon AMI Builder plugin that is preventing the use of variables and Packer template functions in run_tags. This release is accompanied by the v1.0.4 release of the Amazon AMI Builder plugin.
