Directories in singular

At least for me it's more "pretty" to use the directories in singular
(as is used in Linux e.g. /usr/share/doc)

Please, don't use /tests/ neither /docs/

People disagree on the aesthetics, so I think the guide should go with the more common convention, which I believe is docs and tests.
