We hope summer has been fun and relaxing for all of you. As we get ready for school to start soon we are planning one more fun day as a pack. On Saturday August 26th we are having a cookout at Wembly pool. More details will come soon but save the date!  We will have a lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs and lots of fun in the pool. 

We will start with a short meeting to kick off scouting year. Pack 737 has many great leaders but we are always looking for more people to help. Many hands make light work. At our first 2 meetings will we talk about opportunities throughout the year for you to get involved and help your scout grow. Specifically now we are looking for help with Popcorn and Peanut sales! 

We have a few families who have agreed to help with this but we need a few more. This is our most important fundraising job which allows us to have fun outings like Bowling and Cookouts as well as keep the cost of dues down.  

Fundraising committee: Aug-November (then you are done)

1. Communication: Send emails, reminders, get order forms, submit orders on time, organize prizes
2. Distribution: When orders are in, sort them and allow scouting families to pick them up
3. Show and Sell: Manage stock of Popcorn that will be sold at local stores, reserve spots to sell, collect money
4. Nuts: This is a smaller and simpler sub set of fundraising. Ordering, and distribution

More than 1 family can help for each of the 4 jobs above. This is how we make the pack go. Please email me if you can help with any of these opportunities! Rick...@gmail.com
