Good Morning Scout Families,

This year we are using an exciting new piece of software that will combine 4 different systems we used previously. Scoutbook is a web based system that is managed by Boy Scouts of America. This service lets us communicate via email and text. It also has  a calendar that will allow you to keep track of den and pack events. This is also the way we will track your scouts advancement through the requirements for each rank. You as a parent will have do a few things to ensure this system works. 

1. Accept the registration that has been sent to the email address that you provided. If you didn't get the invite let us know. (check your spam folder)

2. Update your information to include additional parents, additional/up to date email addresses and phone numbers. 

3. Check back periodically at the calendar, and the advancement of your scout. 

We will discontinue the use of our old systems soon so this will be the only means of communication. If you have any questions or concerns please email me or your den leader.
