Registration for the Cardinal District Day Camp closes tonight. If your pack has any scouts that are interested and have not signed up, please encourage them to register today.

Camp is very short of chaperones especially on Wednesday and Thursday. If you have parents who have not registered to chaperone, please encourage them to sign up for Wednesday and Thursday. http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0B45AFAD2DA2FB6-chaperone 

I need medical forms for EVERY scout, junior camper, and CHAPERONE. I hope to send updated lists later today so you can see the forms that I have not received. Please ask the individuals to mail the forms to me at 12401 Northlake Pl, Henrico, VA 23233. If they wish to email the form, I will print them.

The On Site Chaperone training is Sunday night, June 5th, at 5pm at the middle picnic shelters on the right in Deep Run Park. Please encourage chaperones who did not take the online training to attend. Chaperones may also review the chaperone training manual and take the online quiz available from the doubleknot link above. Shirts are available, while they last, to chaperones who complete either of these trainings.
