Pack Dues, Cub-o-ree and more!

Hey everyone,

What a great trip to Manresa; I & the kids were exhausted -- a sign of a fun trip!

(We shared some fun photos on Whatsapp)

Now that September is nearing the end, I wanted to kick-off "pack dues".
This year we will be collecting 100$ (less than last year) per family.

(10$/month)

These expenses are to support items for meetings, pinewood derby, camping etc..

Given that we have lowered the pack due, we expect out-of-pocket expenses for camping and other activities to increase.

@Mike Dougherty acting as our treasurer will collect the pack dues.
(+ retro-active for some families that joined late last year)

He will include his Venmo shortly.
Let's aim for deadline of October 21st.

If you have financial hardship feel free to reach out to me or @Mike Dougherty privately.

I'll be on vacation for a week but things to keep an eye out for:
* Boardwalk overnight (see @Mike Dougherty email + signup)
* THIS WEEKEND is Cub-o-ree at Camp Chesebrough. Highly recommend it.

I would love to do a fishing day, this weekend is a bit last minute.

I'm pretty unfamiliar with fishing and don't have any rods.

Is there someone who feels confident in their fishing ability and wants to teach the scouts how to fish ?

Last time we did it off the dock since you don't need a license to fish off any man-made structure (or so I heard).
